Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2889) on the following:

    "An Act relating to state lease-purchases of equipment and other

amendment to CSHB 419(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 419(FIN),
